Seriously, don’t. It’s going to be okay. You woke up this morning to another low scale reading, your jeans are feeling looser and you’ve bought a salad and popped it in the fridge for lunch.
The fact that Husband Person wants to go back to normal food for a month does not mean you’re going to pile on all the weight again. In fact, it’s the perfect opportunity to put to the test all you’ve learnt so far. You can easily prepare meals for both of you just swapping out the carb for something else for yourself.
This is not the end of the world. It’s not a disaster. It’s one meal a day that you’ll have to get creative with. The month will be over quickly, you’ll have survived and not only will you not have piled on extra weight, but you may have even lost a little more.
